Of course, the series is one of my favorites, and I love it, but I'm not reviewing the story, rather the localization/translation (or lackthereof) for this current volume.The translation of this particular volume is fantastic.It's touch and go when it comes to viz translations, especially volume by volume in a long running series like Kamisama Kiss.As soon as I get my hands on the newest volume, I'm always nervously opening up, flipping to a crucial moment and with one hand covering my eyes hoping beyond hope that I don't cringe as I read the line, and SCORE! This was a goal for the Good!Props to Viz and the translators for this volume. I've been disappointed in the past... sadly within this very series, translation-wise.*cough-did someone, particularly my beloved Tomoe just say the word "DUDE" in a PAST ERA? COME ON!-cough*On a side note, I do not speak fluent Japanese, nor can I read Kanji, I'm speaking based strictly on my own impressions, of believability and consistency.
