I think this is a great addition to the on going Team Panther series. The tie in between events in the Panter series with this one - keeps the story going and helps fill in some back ground. I admit to having some concerns about how she would tie some scenes in Zenko with this one, but it was done in a way I would accept as viable.Now why I gave it 4 stars vs. 5. This IS a 5 star story. The editing is as bad as it was with Jonah's Compass, which is very disappointing. The editing was on point in Zenko, slipped in Christmas Pather style and went completely off the rails in this story. It matters. I hope the author reads the reviews (I'm assuming some of the lesser ones will touch on this subject) and re-edits this book. 7 books it, it should be better....
